Ways to Promote your Involvement
Not sure what to do with all these marketing assets? Here’s some ideas of how you can let all your customers and prospects know that you’ll be at Food & Hospitality Queensland:
Email your database Send an email blast out to your database with your discount code to help them register easily. Need help with design? Let us know and we’ll send you something.
Add it to your invoices Add a line of copy to the header or footer of your invoices: “Come see us at Food & Hospitality Queensland, Brisbane 12-13 October.” We can provide you with a bespoke link that auto applies your discount code – email us to get your bespoke link.
Distribute flyers Still a paper-based business? Add flyers into your distribution boxes, staple them to your invoices, or give them to your sales reps to hand out to existing and prospective customers. We can help with flyer design & print if needed.
Spread it on the socials Post and share about your involvement at Food & Hospitality Queensland. The more creative your message and content, the more clicks and engagement you’ll get! We can also help amplify your message by re-sharing to our networks. And don’t forget to use #FHQ2025

Exhibitor FAQ - New Ticketing Policy
Why are you charging for tickets this year?
We’re introducing a $30 ticket price (or $50 at the door) to help ensure a high-quality audience. This isn’t about making money – it’s about reducing non-industry visitors and focusing on genuine buyers and decision-makers. It’s all about quality over quantity.
Will your marketing still drive visitors?
Absolutely. Our team is running a full-scale campaign targeting serious hospitality, foodservice, and retail buyers across Queensland. We’re using email, digital advertising, phone outreach, and direct mail to reach the right audience. Your personal invites simply help amplify that effort.
Do I have to invite my network? Isn’t that your job?
You don’t have to – but direct invitations from you are incredibly effective. When someone gets a personal invite from a supplier they know, they’re far more likely to register and attend. It’s not about replacing our marketing – it’s about putting you front and centre with people who matter to your business.
What do I get to help promote the event?
Each exhibitor receives a unique, unlimited free ticket code to share. We’ll also provide you with ready-to-use graphics, suggested social posts, and email wording to make promotion quick and simple.
What if I don’t have a big network?
That’s completely fine. Even reaching out to past clients, warm leads, or a few loyal buyers can make a difference. It’s also a great opportunity to reconnect with contacts you haven’t spoken to in a while.
Is there a limit to how many people can use my free ticket code?
No – your code is unlimited. You’re welcome to share it as widely as you like.
What’s in it for me?
More booth traffic, stronger sales conversations, and the chance to connect with your top prospects before they even arrive at the show. Plus, we’re spotlighting exhibitors who actively promote their code – giving you extra visibility pre-show.
Do I need to keep promoting once I’ve shared the code once?
Repetition works. We’ll prompt you at key moments (like final countdowns and ticket deadlines) to help you stay top-of-mind with your audience. Every reminder helps.
What if I don’t want to invite the same clients again?
Even if your clients know you’re exhibiting, a personal invite is a simple way to stay in their inbox – and on their radar. It’s also a great way to re-engage older contacts or clients you haven’t heard from in a while.
