Adam Caracciolo is an experienced food service executive with more than 20 years’ industry experience across procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and operational management. He is currently the Supply Chain General Manager at Zarraffa’s Coffee, where he supports the operational and supply requirements of the growing Australian specialty coffee business. Adam has held senior roles across the F&B distribution sector and brings extensive experience in supplier management, inventory optimisation and national business growth. Adam has a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business.
