
Chef Adam Moore is a celebrated Australian corporate chef, public speaker, television presenter, and culinary innovator with over 25 years of industry experience. Beginning his career in hotel apprenticeships, he went on to lead multiple restaurant chains and honed skills across pastry, charcuterie, butchery, food styling, and photography. His work spans foodservice, retail, manufacturing, and product development, collaborating with leading global brands. A Certified Executive Chef and proud inductee of the FSAA Foodservice Suppliers Association Hall of Fame, Adam is also a mentor, culinary judge, and passionate ambassador for charitable causes including Cure Cancer and RUOK?, inspiring both industry peers and future chefs.
