Ben Hehir is a senior hospitality leader with over three decades of experience across Australia, the UK, and the United States. His career spans elite venue operations from running 2-star Michelin restaurants and internationally acclaimed cocktail bars to the humble Australian pub. Ben’s career has also seen him lead global drinks and brand strategy for some of the world’s most recognisable spirits and Champagne brands, creating unique experiential campaigns for both trade and customers.  

Having held leadership roles with internationally recognised venues and brands in London and New York, Ben now focuses on building scalable training, leadership, and DEI frameworks for complex hospitality businesses. As Head of Training & Development at AusVenueCo, he leads national programs that develop future leaders, embed operational excellence, and strengthen culture across diverse hospitality portfolios.
