Clayton Costigan
Clayton has been a chef for over 30 years, first discovering his passion for cooking while on a high school student exchange program. He began his career at Victoria’s at the Hilton and completed his apprenticeship at Michael’s Riverside Restaurant.
For the past 23 years, Clayton has called Toowoomba home, where he now runs his own restaurant, Bergen, alongside a casual eatery, Dumphling, a dumpling bar much loved by locals.
