Fran Harper is a globally experienced business leader, CEO, and transformational strategist with over 35 years in food manufacturing, international trade, and leadership performance.
As a Founder and senior leader at Paramount 21 Ltd, she has driven global sales and market expansion across the UK, Australia, and the Middle East, building premium food brands and advising on successful market entry and scale strategies.
Fran is also the founder of the Identity Architect Method, a powerful framework that helps leaders and founders align who they are with how they perform, lead, and grow — bridging the gap between commercial success and personal clarity.
She is the host of What I Wish I Knew at 30, where she interviews leading entrepreneurs and CEOs, uncovering the real stories behind success, failure, and reinvention.
At this year’s Food & Hospitality Queensland, Fran will moderate senior leadership and industry panels, including Women Shaping the Future of Hospitality. Drawing on her extensive leadership experience and natural ability to bring out honest, insightful conversations, she creates space for speakers to go beyond the surface and explore the decisions, challenges and thinking that shape successful businesses and leaders.
