After returning to Brisbane in 2025, Keary joined leadership advisory firm OnTalent as a Client Partner, bringing with her international experience across sustainability, tourism, education and industry engagement. She now works with organisations across education, research, and learning and development sectors, helping organisations build leadership capability, strengthen workforce readiness and navigate change. Her work sits at the intersection of people, learning and systems, drawing on experience across diverse industries and markets to support organisations through complex transitions.
Keary’s work has contributed to national food loss and waste reduction initiatives, single-use plastics policy development, and collaborative programs across the food, hospitality and tourism sectors. She also mentors Queensland entrepreneurs and small business leaders and is recognised for her published research exploring the role of digital storytelling in business education, highlighting how innovative learning approaches can deepen engagement and accelerate the adoption of sustainable practices.
