As General Manager, Events for Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA), Lorelle leads Brisbane’s Business Events and Major Events portfolios, driving strategies that attract major conferences, sporting events and cultural experiences that generate economic growth, create local jobs and enhance Brisbane’s global profile.

Throughout her career, Lorelle has worked across destination marketing, event attraction and delivery, tourism development and stakeholder engagement, bringing together industry, government and community partners to create lasting economic and social impact.

Lorelle has played a key role in Brisbane’s visitor economy growth, helping shape strategies and initiatives that have strengthened the city’s reputation as a world-class destination and contributed to record visitation and expenditure outcomes.
