Megan has spent nearly two years with Brewing Brands and Origin Tea, following a decade working in hospitality alongside business owners and operators. Throughout her career, developing recipes and menus for specialty drinks has been a core part of her work, alongside helping businesses implement new systems and offerings.

Passionate about beverage innovation and creativity, Megan enjoys exploring emerging trends and developing drinks that are both exciting and commercially relevant. From a classic Mont Blanc to matcha with cold foam, she loves experimenting with flavours, textures and techniques, and having the opportunity to continually play in this space through her work with Brewing Brands and Origin Tea.
