She’s a CPA with nearly 18 years across construction, defence, insurance and energy, but the work she’s known for isn’t compliance. It’s clarity: helping business owners understand why they avoid their numbers, how to change that, and how to own them and build the business and life they want. From guessing to choosing.

Tam knows the territory personally. After her marriage ended, she came close to financial failure. What pulled her out wasn’t a better spreadsheet. It was getting the right support: visibility, calmer decisions, and a safe conversation about money. That experience became her method.

Today she works with founders who are brilliant at what they do and still feel out of control of their money. She helps them move from reacting to choosing: pricing with confidence, facing the P&L, and making decisions from a calm, clear place.
