
Antonio Maio is Marana Forni Australia’s Pizza Technician, bringing deep, hands-on expertise in baking and pizza making. Over the past three years with Marana Australia, Antonio has become a go-to resource for customers and partners running product demonstrations, supporting training, and delivering tailored consultations that elevate kitchen performance and menu quality. He is a regular presence at Spazio Marana, where he assists with masterclasses that showcase technique, consistency, and the capabilities of Marana ovens in real-world service.
Before joining Marana Australia, Antonio spent seven years as Head Pizza Chef at PizzAperta across Wests HQ and The Star, working alognside renowned chef Stefano Manfredi. That experience honed his command of the art of pizza making, baking precision, and high-volume operations – skills he now shares with Marana Australia’s clients to help them build standout pizza programs from prep to pass.
