Ben Cleary-Corradini is the Co-Founder of Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers, an Australian Italian restaurant and franchise brand built on great food, big personality and a genuine love of hospitality.

Ben’s career began in the corporate world, working in Big 4 consulting, where he developed a strong foundation in business strategy, commercial thinking and problem-solving. However, his entrepreneurial ambition eventually led him in a very different direction — into the world of Italian food and wine.

Before Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers, Ben founded and operated an Italian food and wine import business, developing a deeper understanding of the Italian food industry while building his own business from the ground up.

That experience ultimately led Ben to partner with Theo Roduner, Co-Founder and Executive Chef, to create Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers. What began as a Brisbane-based food business has now grown to 15 locations, with an ambitious growth plan to double the size of the business over the next 24 months.

Ben is passionate about entrepreneurship, franchising, leadership, brand building and the realities of turning an idea into a scalable business. He brings a practical, honest and energetic perspective to the stage, sharing lessons from moving beyond the corporate world, taking risks, navigating challenges and building a hospitality brand while staying true to its identity.
