Over the past 10 years, he’s worked with restaurants, bars, hotels, pubs, and clubs across Australia, from fine dining rooms to local favourites, building strategies that actually deliver results.
In 2022, Elias founded Pink Pickle Marketing, a boutique agency servicing clients across New South Wales & Queensland. Tired of agencies hiding behind jargon and glossy reports, he set out with a simple mission: strip away the fluff and give hospitality brands exactly what they need to grow, more visibility, more bookings, and more genuine enquiries.
Under his leadership, Pink Pickle has gained a reputation for its straightforward approach, creativity, and hands-on partnership with clients. The agency has helped venues of all sizes stay top of mind and thrive in an increasingly competitive market.
When he’s not building campaigns or on the road visiting clients, Elias is usually hunting down the next great food find, rating pizza joints (purely for research, of course), or talking shop with venue owners well past closing time.
