Giorgio Linguanti is a cheesemaker and the founder of That’s Amore Cheese, a fine Italian cheese producer leading the Dairy Industry in Australia. Giorgio grew up in Sicily, Italy and worked in advertising before migrating to Australia in 2004.

It was in Australia that Giorgio gained his first experience in cheesemaking. The art and challenge of cheesemaking sparked a strong interest and passion that lead Giorgio to opening his own cheese company in 2008. Before long Giorgio had introduced a number of iconic Italian cheeses into the Australian market, including Bocconcini Leaf and Burrata.

Giorgio’s company has grown rapidly over the years and today That’s Amore Cheese makes over 65 different types of cheese, has a staff of over 100 people and exports to more than 10 countries.
