
Matthew is a Consultant at Global Hospitality Group managing the kitchen consulting operations of overseeing the dynamic kitchens for Global Events, Matthew has been working with Mission Foods Food Service team across Australasia for 10years providing ideation, menus and development with the Mission Foods teams.
Currently Matthew is Operations Manager at Bfoods Aust, a dynamic Menu Solutions provider based in Melbourne which provides Food Service menu items across a wide range of end user customers in Victoria.
Matt’s triumphs include success at the recent Rugby World Cup in Japan, Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, Music Festivals in the UK and Taiwan University Games.
His background in the Melbourne food scene include opening of Hawker Hall in Windsor and the food concepts and styling of the Australian Open. Combine this with his training in fine dining at some of Australia’s finest 5-star hotels has created an incredibly talented individual.
Matts menus reflect modern Australian cuisine with a balance of ingredients and cooking techniques combined with operational outputs. His strong time-management skills, ability to plan, prioritize and problem solve with an emphasis on clear communication, operational organization and planning for success provides clients.
