
Nikki Keyte is the Innovation Manager at Priestley’s Gourmet Delights. She brings 15 years of experience working in Product Development, with her career bringing innovation in the bakery, fresh cut salads and desserts categories.
At Priestley’s Gourmet Delights, Nikki brings creative, commercially viable dessert ideas to life by tapping into the latest consumer trends and data and exploring ways to make products commercially sustainable. She is passionate about finding that sweet spot where taste, innovation, and practicality meet while digging into what really makes consumers tick and drives their purchase intent.
In 2023, Nikki was a finalist for the Food Industry Association of Queensland’s (FIAQ) Food Development & Innovation Champion of the Year award, which recognises individuals how have made an outstanding contribution to the QLD food Industry by pushing the boundaries to deliver excellence. In 2024, Nikki was awarded the prestigious FoodService Association Australia (FSAA) Business Management Scholarship.
