In 2013, he returned home to Noosa to open Noosa Beach House in partnership with Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort, a celebrated venue he led for 8 years, winning Sunshine Coast Business of the Year in 2019. His next project, Alba Noosa, launched in 2021 for Parkridge Noosa Resort, as a restaurant, events space and state-of-the-art cooking school. The collaboration was finalised in 2024 with an Australian Good Food Guide ‘Chef’s Hat’ and Alba Noosa continuing as an event venue.
