Phillip Di Bella is a renowned entrepreneur best known for founding Di Bella Coffee, which became Australia’s largest specialty coffee company. His latest  venture is the Coffee Commune – a hub for not only  supporting the growth and sustainability of the coffee industry, but a world class facility that includes green bean imports, roasting, training, a café and events. 

Beyond his own businesses, Phillip is a trusted advisor to many, often called an “Entrepreneur in Residence” for his strategic insights and mentoring. He’s passionate about helping others succeed, sharing his knowledge through coaching, consulting, and community initiatives.  His contributions have earned widespread recognition, including awards for corporate citizenship, an Italian knighthood, and an Adjunct Professorship in Entrepreneurship at Griffith University.
