
Tawnya Bahr is a chef, food consultant, and co-founder of Straight To The Source, with more than 25 years’ experience in kitchens, menu development, and supply chains. As Group Executive Chef for Orchard Early Learning, she oversees kitchen management across multiple sites, with a strong focus on dietary needs, seasonal menu design, and ethical sourcing. A respected judge, advisor, mentor, and co-host of the Straight To The Source podcast, Tawnya is also a familiar MC and panelist at food industry events nationwide sharing her experience and insights.
