Widely regarded as one of the biggest movers and shakers in Australian pub and casual dining, Telina has spent more than 25 years challenging convention, pushing boundaries and helping shape the evolution of modern hospitality. Having built their career within one of Australia’s largest hospitality groups, they progressed from Executive Chef to Business Development Manager of Food Operations, overseeing more than 45 venues nationally, before moving into a National Venue Performance Specialist role in 2026.
