As a consultant to aged care and retirement living organisations, he improves systems and outcomes by implementing new standards in food quality and age-appropriate nutrition. His work ranges from menu and kitchen design to training teams to deliver exceptional service.
John also founded the nationally recognised ready-meal brand, Dineamic, where he pioneered innovative product development for ready-meal solutions. Today, as a consultant, he leverages his extensive experience in manufacturing, operations, and training to help the homecare industry achieve new benchmarks for quality and excellence. He remains passionate about pushing boundaries and leaving a positive trail of change in the way we nourish our aging population.
