John also founded the nationally recognised ready-meal brand, Dineamic, where he pioneered innovative product development for ready-meal solutions. Today, as a consultant, he leverages his extensive experience in manufacturing, operations, and training to help the homecare industry achieve new benchmarks for quality and excellence.
