
Mark is a Regional Hospitality Manager with Calvary Healthcare formally Japara Healthcare.
Mark is a qualified Chef with 35 yrs experience in all facets of Hospitality with the past 20yrs in Health and Aged Care.
Mark was the Executive Chef at Epworth Hospital in Richmond Victoria before Joining Japara Healthcare as the Catering Manager, this role transitioned to my current role of Regional Hospitality Manager with Calvary Healthcare formally Japara Healthcare overseeing a portfolio of 17 homes in Vic/Tas.
As part of my current role I also manage food safety for Calvary Aged Care which consists of 57 homes in 4 states, this involves writing the food safety program, all the training material which includes Allergen management.
Mark is very passionate about all aspects of food safety especially for the vulnerable members of our community.
